Chocolate and Book!

So I came across something very exciting recently. If you are a book lover (and also a chocolate lover), it should sound very interesting to you as well.

The most intelligent of people are those who accept the realities very soon and find opportunities in places even where very least likely to be found.

Life is precious. And good things are worth the wait. Nature will test your resilience by putting you in tough situations again and again until one day it fails to see that they make any difference to you. What is important is to learn the art of letting go and moving on whilst you have played your best cards and expected the best to happen. Failures happen and they must as they teach lessons we never forget for our lives. They teach us how to be humble and grounded which success doesn’t. If you master the art of letting go of situations that you didn’t want to happen, one day you’ll say, “this was the biggest lesson for me, the turning point of my life. And I am so glad it happened”.

DETOXIFY YOUR BODY!

Much hype has been seen recently on the social media about various detoxification programmes meant to cleanse the body and lose weight conveniently. While it may seem fashionable to see celebrities and divas endorsing brands of detoxification juices that have come up in the market, the truth is that it’s worth it. Except that you may not necesaarily need to spend way too much on this when you can have your own recipes to make these cocktails yourself.

But first, let’s talk about some of the benefits of detoxification by drinking fruit juices. There’s no denying the fact that fruits and vegetables are loaded with minerals and vitamins which are vital for good health. Not only can one boost up the immune system by giving a relief from harmful products such as processed foods and deep fried items loaded with bad fats thus boosting the growth of friendly bacteria in our gut, there are numerous other benefits to talk about. If you start off by including one day regime of detoxification in a month and take it upto seven days in a month ultimately, ofcourse over a period of time, you actually will feel the difference. You will feel energized even when on a normal diet, will have a clear and glowing skin and will not have to deal with acne or hair fall anymore. Also, especially if you are having a rough day, it can boost your mood. But what must be kept in mind that one should not starve when on the regime.
